Overview

Stair nosing is the trim piece that finishes the front edge of a step where hardwood flooring meets a stair opening, milled with a rounded lip to match a tread's bullnose. It comes in a flush profile, for meeting flooring at the same height, and an overlap profile, for capping over a subfloor or an existing step edge. Both are solid red oak, unfinished, and cut to fit your staircase — call for current options.
